Eligibility
The WinMore membership is open only to residents of Great Britain aged
18 or over, excluding employees of WinMore, its agents, and individuals

Subscription
Subscription to our membership services is subject to payment. You will be
billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly, or
annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when
purchasing the Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription
will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You
cancel it or the Company cancels it.WinMore reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, if necessary, without prior notice.
Subscription Registration
To become a member of our website and access the subscription services,
you can sign up by visiting our website at www.winmore.uk. During the
sign-up process, you will be required to provide your name, email address,
phone number, and date of birth. Membership subscriptions are subject to
payment, as outlined in Clause ‘Subscription.’
Promotions and Special Offers
General Provisions: The Company may, from time to time, introduce
promotions and special offers ("Promotions") available to both new
customers and existing members. These Promotions are subject to these
Terms and Conditions, except as explicitly modified by the promotional
terms.
Sign-Up Promotions: Exclusively available to new customers. Specific
terms and duration outlined in promotional materials.
Member-Exclusive Offers: Exclusive offers for existing members, possibly
restricted by membership level. Terms and duration specified at the time
of the promotion.
The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any
Promotions at any time without prior notice.
Promotion abuse may lead to revocation of the offer or cancellation of the
membership.
Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or
other forms of credit.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that
is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes
a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your
account on Our Service.
For secure access to the Service, we employ a magic login system. Upon
attempting to log in, a secure link will be sent to your registered email
address. This link allows for a password-free login experience. You must
ensure that your email account is secure and only accessible by You, as
the magic login link provides direct access to your account on our Service.
You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of

Limitation of Liability

consequential, or punitive damages, including losses of profits, data, or

Cancellation
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account
settings page or by contacting us at customerservice@winmore.uk. You
will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current
Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the
end of Your current Subscription period.
Complaints
If you have any complaints, please email us at
customerservice@winmore.uk. We will investigate the complaint and
provide a written response within 28 days.
Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to court proceedings, you and the Company agree to
attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations. In the
event that these negotiations fail to result in an agreement, disputes will
be submitted to arbitration as outlined herein, except where prohibited by
law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid,
enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original
provision, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or
replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes in
advance through your provided contact information or through a notice on
the Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the
Subscriber and WinMore regarding the membership subscription services
and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the
Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the
Company.
Exclusive Discounts and Deals for Premium Memberships
The Company, through agreements with third-party vendors, offers
exclusive discounts and special deals ("Member Deals") to subscribers of
our Premium level subscribed members. These Member Deals are subject
to additional terms and conditions as specified by these vendors. The
Company is not responsible for the provision, quality, or fulfilment of any
discounts or deals offered by third-party vendors. The availability of
Member Deals is subject to change and may depend on the terms of our
agreement with third-party vendors.
Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions, along with all additional terms
related to specific features, competitions, and services offered by
WinMore, including but not limited to Enter-To-Win and Instant Win
Competitions, Daily Draws, WinMore Games, and any future services we
may offer (collectively referred to as 'Service Terms'), shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any
disputes arising under or in connection with these General Terms and
Conditions or any Service Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This Governing Law
provision applies to all participants, users, and members engaging with
WinMore’s services, irrespective of their geographical location, ensuring

Prize Draws
By subscribing to our premium membership services, you will be
automatically entered into our daily prize draw. One winner will be
randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion
Period and will receive the specified prize for the given promotion.
Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the Daily Draw is open only to individuals who meet the
specified eligibility criteria. WinMore reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of all participants
You may enter the competition for free by tapping the ‘No Purchase Enter
for Free’ link at the bottom of any competition
Incomplete/illegible entries will be disqualified.
You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit
placed on entries by WinMore)
By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to
enter and accept these terms and conditions;
Your entry must be received by WinMore prior to the Closing Date. Entries
received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw;
WinMore will not acknowledge receipt of your free entry nor confirm if
your answer to the Competition Question is correct;
If the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free
entry is received, your free entry/entries will not be entered into the draw;
Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry
to be processed.
Entry Limitations for Competitions:
The total number of entries that any participant can submit for a single
competition is capped at one hundred and ten (110). This applies to all
users, regardless of membership status or entry method.
Participants may use a combination of automatic membership entries and
free-to-enter manual postal entries, as long as the combined total does
not exceed the maximum of one hundred and ten (110) entries per
competition. For example, a Standard Membership-level member with 20
automatic entries may submit up to 90 additional postal entries. A Free
Membership-level member is entitled to submit a maximum of 110 postal
entries.
Entry Tracking and Validation: It is the participant's responsibility to track
the number of entries submitted. The Company will monitor entries for
adherence to the entry limit. Any entries received beyond this limit will be
disregarded and deemed ineligible.
By entering any competition, participants acknowledge and agree to abide
by these entry limitations. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit may
result in disqualification from the competition.
Changes and Cancellations
WinMore reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or
modify the Daily Draw at any time and for any reason, including but not
limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the
Company's control that affects the integrity of the Daily Draw.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected within 5 working days of the end of the
Promotion Period and will be contacted via the email address registered to
their account. The winner must respond to the initial contact within 30
days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond
within this timeframe will result in a redraw, and a new winner will be
chosen.
Publicity Rights
By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their names,
likenesses, and any submissions made as part of the Daily Draw for
promotional purposes in any media without further payment or
consideration, unless prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property of Entries
Participants grant WinMore a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license
to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any content submitted as part of
the competition for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Prize Delivery:
The winner will be contacted within 10 days of accepting the prize to
arrange delivery. If the prize is not available immediately, WinMore
reserves the right to deliver the prize within twelve weeks of initial contact
with the competition winner. In such cases, the winner will be notified in
advance.
Prize Image Disclaimer:
Illustrative Purpose: The images of prizes displayed on WinMore's website,
promotional materials, social media platforms, email communications, and
any other marketing channels are for illustrative purposes only. They are

and do not guarantee the exact appearance, style, colour, or model.
Variation in Actual Prize: The actual prizes awarded by WinMore may vary
in style, colour, design, and specifications from those depicted in the
images. This variation can occur due to product updates, availability
issues, manufacturer changes, or other factors beyond our control.
Acceptance of Variability: By participating in competitions and promotions
hosted by WinMore, entrants acknowledge and accept the possibility of
minor discrepancies between the prize images shown and the actual
prizes awarded. Entrants agree not to hold WinMore liable for any such
variations.
No Misrepresentation: WinMore endeavors to accurately represent prize
offerings. However, prize images are not intended to be a definitive
representation. The use of these images is to guide and excite participants
about the potential prizes and is not an exact depiction.
Prize Details Confirmation: Winners will receive specific details of their

The competition
These terms and conditions apply to all enter-to-win and instant-win
competitions listed on https://www.winmore.uk/ (the “Website”)
All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee may be
payable for each entry.
To be eligible to win, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”)
must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by WinMore (the
“Competition Question”).
How to enter
The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates
specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening
Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are
the times and dates in London, England.
If absolutely necessary, WinMore reserves the right to change the Opening
and Closing Dates. If WinMore does change the Opening Date and/or the
Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the

WinMore must receive all competition entries by the specified time on the
Closing Date. Entries received after this time may be disqualified without
a refund.
The maximum number of entries to each competition will be stated on the
competition. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if

your allocated ticket number(s).
WinMore will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not
successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause,
including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical
malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or
software failure of any kind.
By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are
entering into a contract with WinMore and are agreeing to be bound by
these terms and conditions.

WinMore will not accept competition entries that are:
Automatically generated by computer; or incomplete.
WinMore reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to
the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including;
If, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out
that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize;
If, following your entry into the competition, the eligibility criteria for
entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes and you are no
longer eligible; or
If you are disqualified from the competition by WinMore for any reason.
Entrants can enter each competition as many times as they wish until the
maximum number of entries per user has been submitted and until the
maximum number of entries for the competition has been received.
Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk
entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one
single entry. Entries may be limited if the maximum number of entries for
the competition is reached.
An Entry will be declared void (without any refund provided) if the Entrant
engages in:
any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
fraudulent misrepresentation;
fraudulent concealment;
hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or
amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the
website.
The prize
The prize for the competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”).
Details of the Prize are, to the best of WinMore’s knowledge, information
and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
Prizes are subject to availability. WinMore reserves the right to substitute
the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize
change, WinMore will endeavour to update the Website as soon as
reasonably possible.
WinMore makes no representations and gives no warranties about the
Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the
Website. WinMore makes no representations and gives no warranties that
the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to
date.
If the Prize is a vehicle:
WinMore will, unless otherwise stated, ensure it comes with a valid MOT (if
required);
No insurance is included with the Prize and it is the Winner’s responsibility
to ensure the vehicle is adequately insured prior to taking it on the public
roads (if it is legal to do so);
WinMore has no responsibility for the Prize(s) once it has been
delivered/collected. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all
relevant laws and regulations relating to the Vehicle, its operation and
ensuring they operate it in a safe and responsible manner;
No vehicle/road tax is included;
The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary
safety equipment and clothing (for example, helmets, boots, and gloves)
and for wearing them while operating the vehicle.
WinMore guarantees that all prizes are new for each draw but cannot
guarantee Prizes will have a warranty for any breakages after they are
handed over.
The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”).
Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.
WinMore reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash
prize (“Cash Prize”) equal to the market value sought by WinMore
including any original discounts on price. The Cash Prize value will be
displayed on each Competition page or available on request. The Prize can
be substituted for a Cash Prize in the following circumstances:
The Prize, or a reasonable alternative, becomes unavailable;
Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of WinMore make it
necessary to do so;
The Winner opts for a Cash Prize instead of the Prize.
If the winner wishes to take a cash prize instead of the vehicle, WinMore
will seek the best price from local traders. Any cash values advertised on
the website are an estimated price and the cash alternative value will be
confirmed at the current trade value of the vehicle at the time of the sale.
WinMore may make a reasonable deduction from the sale price to cover
the time and administration costs required to undertake the task of
securing the best price for the Winner. The winner is under no obligation
to accept the cash alternative if they disagree with the amount of the cash
alternative. They can accept the vehicle as the prize and then sell it
privately.
The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
Winners
The decision of WinMore is final and no correspondence or discussion will
be entered into.
WinMore will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after
the Draw Date using the telephone number or email address provided
with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not
available, or has not claimed the Prize, within 30 days of the Draw Date
WinMore reserves the right to offer the Prize to another Entrant (“The
Alternate Winner“) selected at random in the same method as before from
the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date. The
Alternate Winner shall have 30 days from notification of their status by
WinMore to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process shall
continue until a winner accepts the Prize.
The above applies to instant win prize winnings, too, whereby there are 30
days to claim a prize.
Claiming the prize
You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a
third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you
(or made available for collection) are published on the Website, or
available on request.
If your personal details, including contact information, change at any time,
you should notify WinMore as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications
should be sent to WinMore via email to customerservice@winmore.uk.
Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered,
your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10
days of the Closing Date, WinMore will use your old details if it needs to
try to contact you.
Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s WinMore
account as a withdrawable site credit.
WinMore does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any
compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
If the Prize is a vehicle and the winner has completed all eligibility checks,
the prize will be transferred to the winner by WinMore using the V5 for
each vehicle. This must be completed before the vehicle is handed over.
Delivery of the Prize will only be to a UK address.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, WinMore, its agents or distributors will not
in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or
accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death
occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by
the negligence of WinMore, its agents or distributors or that of their
employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information
provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by
WinMore or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as
otherwise set out in WinMore’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available
on the Website.
If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that WinMore may use
your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the
winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any
reasonable publicity required by WinMore.
If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify WinMore
prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the
Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the
competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards
Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove
that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize
awarded.
If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide
further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm
your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to
you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are
entitled to request further details about how your personal information is
being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal
information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the
Prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed
to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not
be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. WinMore reserves the right to
offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries
that were received before the Closing Date.
Please note that under data protection laws, you are entitled to request
that WinMore does not contact you and remove your details from its
database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the
competition, as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you
are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if
you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your
personal details to be used by WinMore for promotional purposes, please

Prize Allocation
WinMore commits to the prompt and accurate allocation of site credit

Games. This process is automated to ensure immediate crediting under
normal operating conditions
Liability for Delays
Notwithstanding the above, WinMore is not liable for any delays in the
allocation of site credit winnings to participants' accounts. Such delays
may result from necessary eligibility verifications, system downtime, or
other unforeseen circumstances impacting our platform's operational
capability.
Disclaiming Compensation
WinMore expressly disclaims any obligation to provide compensation,
whether financial or in other forms, for delays encountered in the crediting
of site winnings. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from such delays.
Participant Acknowledgment
By participating in WinMore Games, participants acknowledge and accept
that the crediting of site winnings to their accounts may experience
delays. Participants understand these measures are in place to maintain
the integrity and fairness of all WinMore Games.
Waiver of Claims
Participants hereby waive any claims against WinMore related to delays in
receiving site credit winnings. The sole remedy available to participants
for such delays shall be the eventual crediting of the winnings to their

Free Plays
Free game plays allocated to Premium members are non-transferable, not
redeemable for cash, and must be used within the month they are
allocated. Unused plays will not be rolled over to the next month.
Pay-to-Play
Participants may purchase additional plays using their site credits. The
cost per play and the mechanics of purchasing plays are subject to
change and will be communicated through the WinMore platform.
Utilisation of Site Credit Winnings
Site credits awarded as prizes through WinMore Games are exclusively for
use within the WinMore platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash. These
credits can be efficiently utilized for participation in any of our Enter-To-
Win and Instant Win Competitions, and WinMore Games game play. Please
note, that while site credits contribute to enhancing your gameplay and
participation, they remain non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for
cash or other monetary equivalents.
Limitation of Liability
WinMore disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or
dissatisfaction experienced by participants as a result of their participation
in WinMore Games, to the fullest extent permitted by English law.
Participants agree that their participation in WinMore Games is at their
own risk.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in WinMore Games will be

WinMore provides two types of site credits to its members: Withdrawable
