or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when

will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You
cancel it or the Company cancels it.
WinMore reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, if necessary, without
prior notice.
Subscription Registration
To become a member of our website and access the subscription services,

sign-up process, you will be required to provide your name, email
address, phone number, and date of birth. Membership subscriptions are
subject to payment, as outlined in Clause ‘Subscription.’
Promotions and Special Offers

promotions and special offers ("Promotions") available to both new
customers and existing members. These Promotions are subject to these

end of Your current Subscription period.
Complaints
If you have any complaints, please email us at

provide a written response within 28 days.
Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to court proceedings, you and the Company agree to
attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations. In the
event that these negotiations fail to result in an agreement, disputes will
be submitted to arbitration as outlined herein, except where prohibited
by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid,
enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original
provision, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

Subscriber and WinMore regarding the membership subscription
services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the
Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of
the Company.
Exclusive Discounts and Deals for Premium Memberships
The Company, through agreements with third-party vendors, offers
exclusive discounts and special deals ("Member Deals") to subscribers of
our Premium level subscribed members. These Member Deals are subject
to additional terms and conditions as specified by these vendors. The
Company is not responsible for the provision, quality, or fulfilment of any
discounts or deals offered by third-party vendors. The availability of
Member Deals is subject to change and may depend on the terms of our
agreement with third-party vendors.
Social Media Competitions and promotions

("Social Media Competitions") to engage with our community.
Participation in these competitions is governed by the following terms,
which apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

By subscribing to our premium membership services, you will be
automatically entered into our daily prize draw. One winner will be
randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion
Period and will receive the specified prize for the given promotion.
Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the Daily Draw is open only to individuals who meet the
specified eligibility criteria. WinMore reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of all participants.

Free entries are treated identically to paid entries. Participants must have
a valid WinMore account, and all entry details must match the account on
file for validation. Entries received after the competition’s closing date or
after the entry limit has been reached will not be entered into the draw.
Entry Limitations for Competitions
The total number of entries that any participant can submit for a single
competition is capped at one hundred and ten (110). This applies to all
users, regardless of membership status or entry method.
Participants may use a combination of automatic membership entries and
free-to-enter manual postal entries, as long as the combined total does
not exceed the maximum of one hundred and ten (110) entries per
competition. For example, a Standard Membership-level member with 20
automatic entries may submit up to 90 additional postal entries. A Free
Membership-level member is entitled to submit a maximum of 110 postal
entries.
It is the participant’s responsibility to track the number of entries
submitted. The Company will monitor entries for adherence to the entry
limit. Any entries received beyond this limit will be disregarded and
deemed ineligible.
By entering any competition, participants acknowledge and agree to abide
by these entry limitations. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit may
result in disqualification.
Changes and Cancellations
WinMore reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or
modify the Daily Draw at any time and for any reason, including but not
limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the
Company’s control that affects the integrity of the Daily Draw.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected within 5 working days of the end of the
Promotion Period and will be contacted via the email address registered to
their account. The winner must respond to the initial contact within 30
days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond
within this timeframe will result in a redraw, and a new winner will be
chosen.
Publicity Rights
By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their names,

promotional purposes in any media without further payment or
consideration, unless prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property of Entries
Participants grant WinMore a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license

Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted within 10 days of accepting the prize to

The source of site credit will determine its classification as either

Use of Site Credits

Non-withdrawable site Credits are exclusively for on-platform use and

Conversion and Transfer

Site Credits.
Withdrawal of Site Credits

Site Credit Expiration:

Withdrawable Site Credits:
